1. Introduction

If a single person is found to have created multiple accounts, bdrami reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any remaining balances.

3. Account Security

Your account security is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. bdrami will never ask for your password via email or phone.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi networks.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, please notify us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, unless an unintended transaction occurs due to a technical error on bdrami's end. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

4. Payment & Withdrawal

Below are the payment-related rules that apply on bdrami:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• A maximum daily deposit limit applies and may vary based on your account level.
• Deposits are only accepted through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there's a delay due to technical issues, please contact support.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. In complex cases, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Bdrami reserves the right to temporarily suspend any withdrawal to prevent fraud.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bdrami offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the associated promotion expires.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on bdrami are provided by internationally licensed providers. Each game has its own rules, available within the game or in the Help section.

• If you lose connection during a game, the result will be saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagers will be refunded.
• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are regularly verified by independent third parties.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded unless specific alternative terms apply.

If a technical error is detected in any game, bdrami reserves the right to void that game round and refund the associated bets. Any game-related complaints must be reported to support within 24 hours.

4. Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
5. Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
6. Threatening or harassing other users.
7. Creating or verifying an account using false information.

9. Privacy

• User information is not shared with authorities unless required by law.

10. Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance can be withdrawn before closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

Bdrami reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.

11. Dispute Resolution
